My names is Justin Harris. My goal is to provide training specifically designed for engineers and technical individual contributors and leaders to grow their personal and professional EQ skills. I've been a Product Manager, Project Manager and Manager in my career so have been working with engineers since I launched my first startup in freshman year of college, that was a long time ago!
