  • Sometimes we can include a detailed 360 review but will at least include a survey with your peers

Who Will Help You?


My names is Justin Harris. My goal is to provide training specifically designed for engineers and technical individual contributors and leaders to grow their personal and professional EQ skills. I have helped people in junior and senior roles communicate better and find better success in their career by working specifically on communication and leadership skills. I've been a Product Manager, Project Manager and Manager in my career so have been working with engineers since I launched my first startup in freshman year of college, that was a long time ago! So if you're wanting help in leveling up your career scroll further.
